Why is it that every time students are not performing well in school the educators are always the ones to blame? I have been an educator for nearly 20 years and I know first hand that students are often unsuccessful because teachers are spending an incredible about of time dealing with students who have no regard for the "student code of conduct". Some students are often disrespectful, noncompliant, and down right out of control. Unfortunately, not only do they suffer, but so do the other students who actually want to learn. Sure, it's our job to education "all" students, but we're educators, not psychologist or psychiatrist.
